FOBMO
Fob modus operandi for real buildings
G Access governance as a service

Building access, handled properly.

We manage fobs, mobile credentials, and keys so you always know who can enter, why they can, and when it should stop. This is how owners corporations meet their duty of care and manage compliance, insurance, fire safety, and liability risk.

Why Fobmo

Great controllers need clean governance.

Inner Range and similar systems are powerful. What most buildings lack is a simple, trusted picture of who has access to what.

Risk

Mystery fobs

We match every access credential to a person, a lot, and a reason. No more gym access for past tenants and sold lots mean old fobs go dark.

Governance

Audit ready

Every change is logged from request to revocation so committees, managers, and insurers can see what happened.

Focus

Less inbox, more building

Standard flows replace ad hoc emails so managers spend less time chasing approvals and handovers across buildings.

How it works

One simple lifecycle for every fob.

The controller runs doors and time. Fobmo owns who, why, and when access should start and end.

Lifecycle

From request to revocation

1
Verify the person
Government ID and a photo create a unique record with a role such as owner, tenant, agent, or contractor.
2
Check authority and program
We confirm the right person has said yes, then configure users and credentials in the system, like Inner Range, with clear names and scopes.
3
Deliver and keep current
Fobs are only activated after receipt is confirmed, like bank cards. When lots or tenancies change, scopes are updated and old access is turned off.
Governance habits

Stay tidy over time

A
Ownership changes
We track changes in ownership records and make sure access products move to the new owner or are deactivated.
B
Tenancy checks
When a tenancy ends we confirm that fobs and mobile credentials are handed back or revoked.
C
Periodic clean up
Annual reminders show each owner and agent which credentials sit under their authority and invite them to remove access that is no longer justified.
Who it is for

One access layer, shared by everyone.

Fobmo sits between people and the controller so each group gets what they need without losing control of policy.

Owners corporations

Policy first

You define what reasonable access looks like. We turn it into simple workflows and a record that stays with the building.

OC and building managers

Less noise

Requests land in a consistent process with ID, authority, and payment handled before the installer touches the system.

Residents and agents

Clear path

People know where to go for access, can see what is active, and can ask to change or revoke it when life moves on.
